The aim of this news page will be to allow you to keep up with events in the diving world which might be of interest to you.

The first item concerns our little part of the world. Deep Down Diving will begin offering technical dive training courses, trips and charters.

Our training emphasis is heavily weighed toward teaching Closed Circuit Rebreather (CCR) diving, featuring the Inspiration™ CCR and Evolution™ technologies. Deep Down Diving is the first Canadian East Coast facility offering training in all aspects of Technical diving, including courses featuring the most advanced CCR equipment.

If closed circuit is not your thing. We also offer training in all other aspects of technical diving ranging from basic nitrox to trimix certification. Deep Down Diving courses cover the full range of training.

Deep Down Diving will also provide you with the opportunity to take part in diving expeditions throughout Atlantic Canada and overseas. We will provide a scheduled selection of destinations, both local and international. Our plans include a trip to Belle Island Newfoundland in June 2008 as well as dives on numerous wrecks and features of interest in Nova Scotian waters. Next year we have tentatively planned a trip to Mediterranean waters.
